Remember to print out and turn in your MVHS Registration Packet to the MVHS Athletic
Office BEFORE 1/15/10. Go to Mountain Vista school website under Athletics to print out the registration packet
and the FORMS page to print off the Code of Conduct and Consent to Treat for Tryouts.
All players will
need an up-to-date Physical before tryouts.
Also, you need to be registered on High
Plains Hockey website www.highplainshockey.com. before tryouts and it will cost $25 this year.
Tryouts dates, times, and locations are still TBD. Check the
website for updates on tryouts.
NEEDED: Volunteers for banquet committees, team managers,student managers,
and pointstreak administrator.
